1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when acknowledged by HU CARS LTD. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
2. Fares & Payment
Fares are quoted at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or tolls not included in the original quote. Payment is due on completion of journey unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made as soon as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge. Please contact us promptly if your plans change.
4. Liability
HU CARS LTD is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always make every effort to ensure on-time service.
5. Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards our drivers. HU CARS LTD reserves the right to terminate a journey if a passenger's conduct is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
